CargoViz | Customs readiness

Standalone synthetic customs preparation. Ready for review is document readiness only. CUS-02 supports independent synthetic review, simulated release / holds, and opt-in job dispatch / close gates. This is not legal customs clearance. CUS-03 adds advisory calculations from explicitly imported synthetic tariff snapshots. External authority connections are not implemented.

Synthetic reviewer assignments

Administrators assign a separate jurisdiction-scoped capability to an active operator. Administration alone grants no reviewer authority. Account changes invalidate existing assignments and approvals.

Enable customs enforcement once all required import / export cases exist. All existing cases become required; the case scope is then locked. There is no disable or exemption action.

Local synthetic tariff snapshots

Import the bundled data/customs-synthetic-tariff-v1.json or another validated synthetic snapshot. The file stays inside CargoViz; source URLs are labels and are never fetched. Importing a new revision preserves historical results and makes analysis against the preceding revision inapplicable. Rates are invented demonstration data, not verified official rates.

Explicit customs facts

Empty fields mean unknown. Cargo/customs value is separate from freight invoices. Review flags are operator attestations for preparation and confer no broker authority.

Only current issued PDFs from this shipment can be selected. Changed or voided revisions require explicit relinking and a new assessment/dossier.

Independent review and simulated release

Submit a current frozen dossier. A separately assigned reviewer must differ from its preparer and submitter. Approval alone does not release cargo. Releases require a synthetic evidence reference and expire within 24 hours. Holds and revocations persist across amendments until an explicit valid release.

Free and additive ad-valorem rates only; exact HS/origin matching. Explicit USD customs value required as the full line value; quantity is not multiplied again. Unsupported or incomplete inputs have no total. Analysis does not approve a dossier or grant release.
