Synthetic whole-unit inventory. Open counts freeze selected stock lots. Corrections and write-offs affect stock only after administrator review. Returned cargo is quarantined for inspection. These operations do not post financial values or customer credits.

Stock counts

Select up to 30 lots with no reservations. Count each selected lot, submit the count, then obtain administrator approval. Stock stays frozen until the count is approved, rejected or cancelled.

Correction and damaged-stock write-off

Corrections use a signed quantity (+ for found stock, - for shortages). A write-off uses a positive quantity and requires quarantined stock. Proposals do not reserve stock; if the lot changes, cancel the stale proposal and submit a fresh one.

Returns from dispatched orders

Register quantities physically returned from an existing dispatch. Administrator approval confirms receipt and creates new quarantined lots. Cumulative returns cannot exceed the quantities dispatched on that order.

Review and resolution

Approval and rejection require an administrator. An administrator can approve their own proposal; a mandatory two-person approval policy is not configured. The log records both the submitting and approving users.
